Newsletters, promo calendar, list hygiene, campaigns (welcome, abandoned cart, post purchase, pre-purchase, re-engage, win back), sales funnels.
I insist on personal approach, not corporate looking emails. No more than 2-3 images and 4-5 links per newsletter. In the long-term, these numbers should be the benchmark: 95% delivery rate, 19% open rate, 4% clicks, 16% ctr, bounces less than 0.33% and spam less than 0.20%.
Technically, every sales funnel starts with the lead magnet, which is small chunk of value in exchange for their email address. It might be a discount, too. Then, it progresses through low-cost offer (tripwire), main offer and profit maximizers. I write, implement, test and optimize all related processes.
I use utm links as the standard and email stats sheet.
